Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return address.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the cost of the item only and does not include the original shipping cost. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
