If you are in need of short term rehab services, long-term care placement or a simple respite stay, our admission staff is here to assist you in the process.
Referrals are accepted by hospitals, rehab facilities, skilled nursing facilities, community agencies, or family members from home. Decisions regarding admissions are based on individual needs and room appropriate availability.
Terrace Healthcare accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private-pay, and insurance’s. Our business office staff will assist you as needed. Click here for Funding information.
