Refund of Overpayments

If you make a payment to Ladies First OB/GYN and Family Medicine and determine that you have made an overpayment, you may contact our Business Office at (573) 756-9107 and press option 4.  If your account has a zero balance, meaning your insurance company has made payment on any outstanding claims and you do not owe any money as a result of your insurance company making payment on any outstanding claims, you may request a refund of your credit balance.  Ladies First OB/GYN and Family Medicine will gladly provide a refund of your account’s credit balance within 30 days of your request.
