Melinda D. Dugal, F.N.P.

Melinda Dugal is a St. Francois county native who first attended Mineral Area College to obtain her nursing degree.  She earned her Practical Nursing certificate in 1997 and her Associate Nursing degree in 1999.  She began working at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in 1998 as a medical/surgical nurse.  In 2000, she transferred to the obstetrics department where she spent the next 14 years assisting women through the labor process and transitioning into the role of being mothers.  In 2011, Melinda graduated with her Bachelor’s Nursing degree from Central Methodist University in order to pursue her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  In 2014, Melinda achieved her goal by earning her Master’s Nursing degree and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

In Melinda’s spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, Andrew, and her two very active boys.  She has an abundance of experience in gynecology, obstetrics, and pediatrics.  She is excited about her new role as a Family Nurse Practitioner and would love to care for you and your family.
